7 Questions to Rapidly Reset Your Mindset

Your mind is like a search engine. The questions you ask program your mind to seek and find an answer. What questions do you ask yourself all day long? Are they effective or ineffective at helping you achieve your goals? 

Ineffective questions are problem-focused. 

It stands to reason that when you ask your mind a problem-focused question, it will search for the answer to the question, which doesn't always help you solve the problem!

7 Problem-Focused Questions NOT to ask

  • Why me?
  • Why can’t I do this?
  • Why do I always mess up?
  • How come I never get it right?
  • What’s wrong with me?
  • Why is this so hard?
  • How come everyone else gets what they want but I don't?
