Lauren Renee Archer is a Mindfulness Trainer,  Hypnotherapist and Cognitive Behavior Coach who specializes in mindful weight loss and habit change.

As the Mindfulness Program Director for Sound Medical Weight Loss, Lauren has been teaching Mindfulness for behavior change in hospitals, clinics, and corporate wellness programs since 2005. She has authored over a dozen wellness courses and co-authored the Sound Weight & Wellness online app.
